NT & RP associates and readers know that the largest number of printed copies of the journal is being distributed regularly among national libraries, nuclear societies, radiation protection associations, nuclear industry representatives, and numerous prominent researchers all over the world. On this occasion, with great pleasure, I announce that the journal is from now on available in the electronic form at the Web address http://ntrp.vin.bg.ac.yu. I believe that free access to the journal, availability of the papers previously published in NT & RP, and possibility of prompt informing about the journal will increase its influence on the research community in the fields of nuclear science and technology, and radiation protection. With this idea in mind, the Editorial Board will do its best to publicize the Web address to the widest possible range of relevant researchers. Of course, suggestions made by NT & RP associates and readers, with the belief that the journal deserves them, will be the irreplaceable and the most valuable help.
